Frequently Asked Questions

How can I use/test the app?

To use/test the app, simply fill up the registration form with all the required details. Once you've registered, you'll be added to our beta testers group and receive early access to the app on the Play Store. This early access version is exclusively available to registered users. If outside DBIT students want to try out the app, you can contact the developers for direct access.

Why not just use WhatsApp?

Ever missed out on updates because you weren't added to the group in time? We've all been there, drowned in a sea of forwarded messages and spam waves. With CluedIn, you won't have to worry about missing a beat or drowning in the digital ocean of spam. It's like WhatsApp, but without the chaos and with more control!

How is it better than WhatsApp?

Tired of being forcefully added to countless groups, each one feeling like a chaotic family reunion? We get it. CluedIn isn't trying to compete with WhatsApp; we're just here to offer a better experience. Think of it as WhatsApp 2.0, with extra filters.

When is it releasing on the Play Store and App Store?

Ever heard the phrase "soon™️"? Well, we're definitely arriving before your IA exams, guaranteed! And for all you iPhone folks, thanks to Apple's bureaucracy, just a tad later. But fear not, the app is coming your way faster than you can say "There is no next semester" for the last time!

Why do we need an official app?

Picture this: CluedIn, your one-stop-shop for all things DBCL, crafted with love by your fellow DBIT students. Say goodbye to the chaos of hunting for updates across multiple platforms. With CluedIn, you'll be clued in about everything happening in and around DBCL, all in one convenient spot.
